Jon Wells offers more than 24 years of general management and new business development experience. He is a managing member and co-founder of Lake City Equity. In addition, he co-directs Lake City Equity's whole investment plan.

Mr. Wells founded and served as CEO of Bridge Properties, LLC, starting the company from the ground up and growing its real estate sales revenue to millions of dollars. Along with creating the company’s offerings and operations, marketing, and sales strategy, he sold residential real estate valued at over $100 million.

Before joining Bridge Properties, LLC, Mr. Wells oversaw teams of more than 100 workers in the logistics and retail sectors for several reputable big-box retailers.

Prior to entering the workforce, Mr. Wells was employed by Walmart Logistics as a management consultant. He graduated from Georgia Southern University and received many Dean’s List distinctions.

Sam Wells

Sam Wells offers significant experience to the organization with her more than 13 years in general management and new business development. She is a co-founder and managing member of Lake City Equity and she co-directs the entire investment strategy in addition to supervising acquisitions and business development initiatives.

Mrs. Wells was the Southeast’s business development hospital director. She met enhanced admissions goals by large margins and successfully built a very productive sales staff during her stay.

Mrs. Wells worked as a manager at various Enterprise Rental locations before taking up the position of hospital director. She routinely exceeded client expectations and surpassed important performance targets while leading and managing teams of 20+ workers in this role.

David "Iggy" Iglewicz brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development. He worked as a pediatric dentist and was a major contributor to Children's Dental Health Associates' expansion to 15 sites and 2 surgery centers. He was able to leave this practice by joining forces with private equity.

David is the Co-founder and managing member of Lake City Equity and co-directs the investment strategy. He founded Prostoig Capital LLC, which sought to use multifamily real estate to give dentists and other professionals exceptional returns and cash flow before the merger. In this endeavor, Dr. Iglewicz managed assets valued at over $250 million, and he was successful.

Wendy Dorchester

Wendy Dorchester has honed her expertise in lease-ups, value-add properties, and acquisitions, managing portfolios spanning across 13 states and encompassing up to 60 properties and 15,000 units. With over 25 years in the multi-family industry, Her background includes significant experience in sales leadership roles, representing national brands in property management.

She strongly emphasizes fostering an employee-driven culture, dedicated to leveraging technology to streamline property operations and renovations while enhancing the quality of life for residents and team members. She is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Lake City Equity

In addition, Wendy is actively involved in industry leadership roles. She serves on the Education Advisory Board and Operations Committee of the National Apartment Association, contributing her expertise to shaping industry standards and best practices. Locally, she serves as a board member of Entryway, a national non-profit organization focused on creating jobs and housing for situationally homeless individuals, in partnership with the apartment industry. 

Outside of her professional commitments, Wendy resides in Charleston with her husband, Daniel, and both of their mothers, along with their pets. She is a proud graduate of the University of Maine.
